Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DAQA Accounting website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

“DAQA Accounting,” “DAQA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DAQA Accounting and its affiliated entities and team members (as applicable). Contact details are listed at the end of these Terms.

3. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to:
Browsing and using the Site
Submitting forms, inquiries, or scheduling requests through the Site
Using any links, resources, or content made available on the Site

They do not replace a signed engagement letter or service agreement. If you become a client, your services will be governed by a separate written agreement.

4. No professional relationship from website use

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Using the Site, sending a message, or scheduling a call does not create an accountant-client relationship or any other professional relationship with DAQA. A professional relationship begins only after we confirm engagement in writing (typically through an engagement letter or similar agreement).

5. No legal advice and no guarantees

DAQA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any tax or accounting information on the Site is general and may not apply to your specific situation. You should not act (or refrain from acting) based solely on the Site’s content. Outcomes in tax and accounting matters depend on facts, documentation, and third-party requirements; therefore, we do not guarantee results.

6. Your responsibilities

If you contact DAQA or request services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge
Respond to reasonable requests for documents or clarification
Review deliverables and notify us promptly of concerns or errors you identify
Meet agreed timelines when deadlines apply (e.g., filings, responses, renewals)

7. Scheduling, locations, and virtual appointments

DAQA may offer scheduling options for:
Doral (in-person)
West Palm Beach (in-person)
Virtual appointments (remote)

Availability, appointment duration, and lead times may vary by location and service type. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled subject to any rules shown at the time of booking or communicated to you in writing.

8. Communication channels (including WhatsApp)

We may communicate through email, phone, and messaging tools (including WhatsApp) for convenience and speed. You understand that messaging platforms are third-party services and may not be appropriate for highly sensitive documents. When sensitive documents are required, we may direct you to a secure method of upload or exchange.

9. Client portal and secure tools (TaxDome or similar)

DAQA may use a secure client portal or CRM to request documents, share files, and manage tasks. If you are given access to a portal, you agree to:
Keep login credentials confidential
Use the portal for intended purposes only
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

Your use of third-party tools is also subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.

10. Payments, fees, and scope of services

If you become a client, fees, billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, or semiannual), scope, and deliverables will be defined in a written agreement. Any discounts for longer commitments, if offered, will be documented in writing. The Site itself does not constitute an offer to provide services on specific terms.

11. Site content and intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, branding, layout, and logos—is owned by or licensed to DAQA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or exploit Site content without prior written permission.

12. Prohibited use

You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with the Site’s performance or security
Upload or transmit malicious code
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

13. Third-party links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. DAQA does not control those third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

14. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAQA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DAQA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAQA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Site. DAQA’s total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site (if any)

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAQA from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party

17. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for security, maintenance, or if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the manner described in this section.

Option A (courts):
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site.

Option B (arbitration):
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Florida, except where prohibited by law.
