You should not act (or refrain from acting) based solely on the Site’s content. Availability, appointment duration, and lead times may vary by location and service type. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled subject to any rules shown at the time of booking or communicated to you in writing.
8. Communication channels (including WhatsApp)
We may communicate through email, phone, and messaging tools (including WhatsApp) for convenience and speed. You understand that messaging platforms are third-party services and may not be appropriate for highly sensitive documents. When sensitive documents are required, we may direct you to a secure method of upload or exchange.
9. Client portal and secure tools (TaxDome or similar)
DAQA may use a secure client portal or CRM to request documents, share files, and manage tasks. If you are given access to a portal, you agree to:
Keep login credentials confidential
Use the portal for intended purposes only
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
Your use of third-party tools is also subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.
10. Payments, fees, and scope of services
If you become a client, fees, billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, or semiannual), scope, and deliverables will be defined in a written agreement. Any discounts for longer commitments, if offered, will be documented in writing. The Site itself does not constitute an offer to provide services on specific terms.
